How much do your cabins cost?

Our cabins cost around $138 per square foot. This price is based on our model cabins.

What is included in the cost?

Our cabins are ready to live in. This means all flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc. is done and simply just has to be hooked up to your existing utilities.

When can we get started?

When we meet, we can start with one of our plans, with your plan, or we can start from scratch to draw a floor plan that meets your needs and budget. Once the plans and specifications are finalized for your cabin, your name will be added to our start list. Each cabin takes anywhere from 4-12 weeks to complete, depending on size. Our current wait time is about 4 months before breaking ground.

Do you offer a concrete slab?

We do not offer a concrete slab, but we can build on existing slabs. Our foundations are pier and beam.

How far are you willing to travel?

We currently are traveling within about an hour radius of Fredericksburg, TX. If you think you may be too far just email us and we will let you know.
